Abstract
A research team, having discovered a bacteriophage named Leozinho a couple of years ago, embarked on a mission to unravel the structure of an unidentified gene, gp_61. They utilized ESMatlas, Foldseek, and ChimeraX to predict the structure of gp_61 and afterwards various laboratory procedures were employed to facilitate the growth of the gene. Ultimately, the experiment was concluded with the successful cloning of gp_61 into a plasmid vector for protein expression.
