Abstract/ Summary
An interview with Boston Marathon race director Dave McGillivray is presented. When asked about the challenges he faces as the race director, he refers to take care of his work and helped to put his team together. Topics discussed include the hardships of having large number of companies, the qualifying process change and the handling of unexpected situation with other officials.
