Abstract/ Summary
The article reports that the work of the Committee on College and University Governance falls into two categories, including judicial business concerning the imposition and removal of sanctions and other committee activity. The investigative report, by Union County College, details actions taken by the administration and governing bodies of Union County College to eliminate the practices and structures that allowed for faculty participation in institutional governance.
